Someone with a great talent for high-quality customer service, resolving complaints, coordinating special activities and services, as well as providing accurate information and personalized recommendations to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at the position in Hospitality Industry
• Native Chinese Language
• Fluent Spanish (desirable)
• Fluent English
• Assertive communication and leadership
