¿Estás cansado de ser un "wrapper" de APIs?

En Lure no buscamos a alguien que solo sepa hacer prompts. Buscamos a un Ingeniero/a de IA con alma de hacker y mentalidad de constructor. Alguien que entienda que la verdadera soberanía tecnológica implica correr tus propios modelos en tu propio metal.

Lo que harás
:

* Olvidar la nube: Trabajarás sobre nuestra infraestructura y hardware propietario. Aquí instalamos y configuramos todo desde cero.

* Entrenar, no solo consumir: Fine-tuning, entrenamiento de modelos locales y despliegue de arquitecturas open-source (Llama, Mistral, etc.).

* Full Stack AI: Desde montar el servidor Linux y configurar los drivers de las GPUs, hasta crear la inferencia y la aplicación final.

* Innovar: Crear proyectos de IA soberanos que no dependan de terceros.

Te buscamos si:

* Tienes un drive imparable por aprender y construir.

* Te emociona ver una terminal de Linux y sabes qué hacer con ella.

* Entiendes que la IA es más que automatizaciones; es arquitectura y matemáticas.

* Eres autónomo y disfrutas la libertad creativa.

El Deal:

* Modalidad: Híbrido flexible (Mayormente remoto/casa).
