Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement security solutions to enable Zero Trust Network Access.
  • Maintain and enhance security solutions as part of a Zero Trust Network Access strategy, including managing changes.
  • Support users with issues related to our tools and services, focusing on incident and problem management.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments in operational activities and project work.
  • Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues
  • Participate in design of strategies, concepts, processes and service improvements based on operational experience
  • Incident, Problem, and Change ticket handling

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Information Technology and/or 3+ years of experience in IT Security in an enterprise environment or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles.
  • Extensive experience with IT security solutions such as secure web gateways, remote access solutions, and firewalls.
  • Advanced knowledge of network topologies and protocols.
  • Solid understanding of complex access policy structures used in firewalls for granular control.
  • Experience with modern authentication methods, such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an international team.
  • Effective English language communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in conflict management.
  • Understanding and application of agile principles like Kanban or Scrum.
  • Exerience coordinating troubleshooting process for complex problems in collaboration with different internal and external interfaces.
  • Modest Project Management experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal: Communication, listening, verbal, technical writing, team player
  • Organizational: Multiple activities, project planning, time management, problem solving, analytical - Certifications: CCNA, ITIL
