We are seeking a highly motivated and professional HR Specialist to join our People team, supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partners to ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.

This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR operations, a commitment to excellence, and the emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR data management.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Support company-wide initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Assist with performance reviews, calibration, and compensation recommendations in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to People analytics efforts to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools is preferred.
