2、与墨西哥的清关、物流供应商建立并维护紧密合作关系,优化供应链流程,提高运营效率。
3、管理并评估供应商绩效,确保符合阿里国际的业务需求和合规标准。
4、分析市场动态,监控成本,通过谈判和合同管理实现成本节省和价值提升。
5、协调内部团队,确保清关和最后一公里服务的顺畅,解决跨部门协作中的问题。
6、遵循既定的采购政策、程序和道德标准,确保符合相关法规。评估并改进采购流程,以提高效率、降低成本并降低风险。
Position Requirement
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. - Experience:
7+ years of experience in procurement or logistics management, with a strong preference for expertise in customs clearance and last-mile services. - Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of global customs regulations and supply chain processes. - Negotiation & Supplier Management:
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships. - Language Proficiency:
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively collaborate with global teams. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. - Location: Mexico City
