es responsable de desarrollar, implementar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento rentable del negocio en los canales especializados: distribuidores HVAC, contratistas, cadenas retail técnicas y socios estratégicos.
Su propósito es fortalecer la posición de LG como marca líder en soluciones de climatización residencial, garantizando una ejecución comercial efectiva, soporte técnico diferenciado y una experiencia superior para el cliente final.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan comercial anual para el canal de DISTRIBUIDORES RAC.
- Gestionar relaciones con distribuidores, mayoristas y contratistas clave, asegurando cobertura y fidelización.
- Implementar estrategias de precios, promociones y portafolio, en línea con las directrices de LG.
- Analizar el comportamiento del mercado, competencia, precios y tendencias de demanda.
- Negociar contratos comerciales, metas de compra y políticas de incentivos.
- Dar soporte técnico-comercial a los clientes junto con el equipo de ingeniería y postventa.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs de sell-in, sell-out y margen por cliente.
Perfil del candidato ideal
- Formación:
Ingeniería comercial, industrial, administración o afín. - Experiencia:
4–6 años en ventas o gestión de cuentas clave en el sector HVAC. - Conocimiento técnico:
sistemas de aire acondicionado residencial y Comercial Ligero.
