Position Summary

The Senior Service Manager is responsible for leading the overall service operations of the Mexico subsidiary, ensuring high-quality after-sales support, technical service excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees service strategy, major customer accounts, service process optimization, and talent development within the service function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the after-sales service strategy and annual service plan.
  • Lead service teams to deliver high-quality technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage key customer accounts and coordinate solutions for escalated technical issues.
  • Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Oversee service training programs for internal teams and channel partners.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) across service centers.
  • Work closely with R&D, Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve product issues.
  • Manage service budget, cost control, and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company service policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
  • 8+ years of service management experience, preferably in automotive, machinery, electronics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and customer management skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage complex technical problems and strategic projects.
