Job Summary:
The Sr. Research & Development Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading complex research projects and initiatives. This role involves conducting advanced analyses of research data, performing in-depth data analysis, and developing strategies to improve research outcomes. The Sr. Analyst works closely with cross functional teams to identify and resolve research issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

Conducting Research and Analysis:

• Identifying research topics and objectives

• Gathering and analyzing data from various sources

• Conducting market and competitive analyses

• Identifying trends and insights

• Presenting findings to stakeholders

Developing New Products and Processes:

• Brainstorming and evaluating new product ideas

• Creating project plans and timelines

• Collaborating with design and engineering teams

Collaborating with Cross Functional Teams:

• Communicating with stakeholders and team members

• Coordinating efforts with marketing and sales teams

Managing Project Timelines and Budgets:

• Creating project timelines and milestones

• Tracking progress and identifying potential risks

Generating Reports and Presentations:

• Compiling and analyzing data for reports

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
