En Krones México, líder en soluciones innovadoras para la industria, buscamos un Team Leader de Procesos apasionado por la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa.

Tus responsabilidades:

Mapeo y reingeniería de procesos para optimizar la operación.

Indispensable cumplir con al menos 3 años de experiencia en procesos de Supply Chain

Diseñar layouts eficientes y gestionar proyectos estratégicos.

Capacitar en la implementación de procesos y cultura de mejora continua.

Documentar procesos, manuales y KPI's usando herramientas como Visio y AutoCAD.

Aplicar expertise en SAP y apoyar en la gestión del cambio.

Lo que necesitamos de ti:

Inglés avanzado. (INDISPENSABLE)

Experiencia en SAP y gestión de proyectos.

Deseables certificaciones Six Sigma.

Habilidad para liderar equipos y generar resultados medibles.
