Artwork Production Analyst I

The Artwork Production Analyst I is responsible for creating and modifying finished product artworks that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role is intended for a professional with strong product packaging knowledge and graphic design expertise, including understanding of packaging structures, print production processes, labeling requirements, and the ability to translate product specifications into accurate, production-ready packaging artwork.

Responsibilities

• All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
• Creation of new finished products' artworks, compliant with local regulations and according to customer's specifications.
• Tracks timelines for projects and assesses areas of opportunity
• Modification of existing artworks (redesigns) upon request from Regulatory Affairs and customers.
• Ensure artworks align with structural packaging specifications, dielines, and manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain and improve relationships with suppliers.
• Creation of concept artworks for new products' digital prototyping.
• Product renders and mock-ups to support Sales initiatives.
• Prepare and package final artwork files according to printer specifications, including color management, resolution, bleeds, and file format standards.
• Review and approve pre-press proofs, color targets, and print samples to ensure accuracy before mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or related fields.
• Advanced English Level (Must)
• Experience of 1 to 3 years of working in similar field or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience creating finished product artworks and packaging (project based)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. (must)
• Availability to work near Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico
