Job Description

Reporting to the Integrated Production Director, we are looking to bring on a Sr Integrated Producer to support our growing creative and experience production team - ensuring a thoughtful, and high-quality service across deliverables. You'll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts focusing on entertainment social brand and title work and you will work with Client Management, Social Content Managers and our Production team.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service and our client's business

• Develop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targets

• Be the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externally

• Manage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class service

• Manage budgets, monitor scope changes, keep track of client Purchase Orders, and manage invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects

• Mentor, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the team

• Coordinate with production teams and external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localization/language work exposure

• Must have Spanish and English proficiency.

• Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independently, and managing production resourcing

• Experience working on language-driven processes

• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to improve processes
