Join our Commercial Team in Monterrey, take the leadership of the digitalization project, desired experience as project manager on process digitalization. you'll be responsible for taking the role of Quality Assurance Manager for the process of digitalization and integration for all the commercial areas.

What you'll do

  • Vendor Coordination.
  • Process Digitalization.
  • Tool Maintenance & Support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration.
  • Training & Enablement.
  • Performance Monitoring.
  • Compliance & Governance.
  • Customer User Interface
  • Develop documentation for all dashboards, data models, and automation processes
  • Partner with the team to manage and track sales opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, including timely updates to opportunities, quotes, and customer information.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization.
  • Project Management & User Adoption.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Experience with PowerBi for advanced analytics integration
  • Familiarity with project management metrics and KPIs + CRM Systems
  • Ability to clean and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with Power Automate (Flow) or similar automation tools
