Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Audio Engineer role located in Valle de Banderas, NAY. The Audio Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing sound systems, setting up and maintaining microphones, overseeing audio equipment, and designing high-quality sound experiences. The role requires working with audio-visual (AV) systems to ensure superior sound quality for various events and productions. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with teams to develop innovative sound designs and ensuring proper acoustics in different environments.
Qualifications
- Sound expertise with experience in Audio Engineering and Sound Design
- Proficiency in working with Microphones and Audio Visual (AV) Systems
- Knowledge of Acoustics and the ability to optimize sound in different environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for audio equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
- Familiarity with entertainment or production environments is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field are preferred
