Location:
Remote | Mexico City only | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
About the role
Our client is an early-stage company building its marketing function from the ground up. They are focused on launching and scaling paid acquisition across key digital channels, with a strong emphasis on performance, experimentation, and data-driven growth.
They're looking for a Paid Ads Manager to lead paid acquisition from 0–1, owning strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Google. This role is critical to establishing measurement, launching initial campaigns, and turning early insights into scalable performance.
What You'll Do
• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Set up measurement frameworks and performance tracking from scratch
• Lead creative testing, ad copy iteration, and landing page optimization
• Monitor performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Design and manage structured A/B testing and document learnings
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns
• Hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google (Search and YouTube)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and performance data
• Creative sensibility with the ability to adapt assets and messaging
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working deep in execution
