Your Tasks

  • Definir la estrategia regulatoria a implementar para los productos fabricados, las filiales y los maquiladores autorizados para la obtención de los registros del portafolio de Health Care en México y Latinoamérica.
  • Revisión de Claims y disclaimers a utilizar en los empaques de los productos del portafolio, así como del material promocional a utilizar en México
  • Informar la estrategia regulatoria a seguir y los tiempos de actividades clave regulatorias a los equipos globales, Core Teams y equipos locales para asegurar lanzamientos y relanzamientos alineados con el negocio.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad oportuna de los dossieres (CTDs) para la obtención de los Registros Sanitarios del portafolio de productos, en cumplimiento del marco normativo para no afectar Lanzamientos y Re-Lanzamientos.

Your Profile

  • 3 a 5 años en perfiles similaresSupervisor de Asuntos Regulatorios, o equivalente, en la industria de dispositivos médicos o medicamentos.
  • Manejo de trámites Regulatorios ante COFEPRIS, registros sanitarios de Dispositivos Médicos y/o Medicamentos.
  • Conocimiento de la normatividad aplicable a dispositivos médicos y/o medicamentos en Latinoamérica.
  • Haber liderado proyectos que incluyan las regiones Andina, Centroamérica o Colombia
  • Enfoque estratégico con visión a mediano y largo plazo
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y manejo de equipos
  • Comunicación efectiva y oportuna
