Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Ingeniería o licenciatura con título que sea a fin.

Años y área de experiencia: 1 a 2 Años en manejo de personal, análisis estadístico, control de variables.

Idioma: Inglés Intermedio

Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimiento en logística, trasportes y distribución.

Propósito del puesto

- Preparar y ejecutar el proceso de la junta matutina ya estandarizada dando a conocer los KPIs del día anterior y los PIs del día reforzando los temas de seguridad.

- Auditar los procesos de entrega y seguridad en ruta de acuerdo a la agenda del supervisor monitoreando que se lleven a cabo a través del seguimiento a los tiempos en el mercado.

- Asegurar que se cumpla el proceso vespertino de liquidación apegado a la seguridad que se maneja dentro de la agencia, monitoreo de tiempos de rutas, devolución y causas principales que afecten la entrega en ruta.
