Resumen de posición
Generar los requerimientos netos para plantas, preparar el plan de suministro, elaborar el plan de producción en intervalos semanales o mensuales y gestionar la reposición de producto terminado, con el fin de satisfacer la demanda del cliente. Para ello, el Concurrent Planner considera la complejidad de la red, los objetivos de inventario y todas las restricciones de suministro. Cuando es necesario, genera escenarios de suministro, evaluando su viabilidad, riesgos y oportunidades.

Las principales tareas del rol son:

  • Generar requerimientos de producción a partir del plan de demanda aprobado, respetando los objetivos de inventario y considerando la complejidad de la red y las restricciones de suministro.
  • Asegurar que los productos fabricados lleguen al mercado para evitar riesgos de falta de stock, en colaboración con las partes interesadas relevantes (por ejemplo, Manufactura) en un horizonte de 18 meses.
  • Mantener actualizados los datos maestros y la alineación del sistema con procesos de producción realistas.
  • Ejecutar escenarios "what-if" para resolver brechas entre oferta y demanda y determinar la viabilidad de las soluciones propuestas según las solicitudes del negocio.
  • Anticipar posibles problemas de suministro, proporcionando un análisis detallado de los impactos y compensaciones de las acciones propuestas, asegurando que los planes sean realistas y alcanzables.
  • Revisar con el Analista de Inventarios los objetivos acordados y trabajar para reducirlos sin poner en riesgo la disponibilidad de productos.
  • Conducir reuniones semanales y mensuales de revisión de producción.
  • Colaborar con las partes interesadas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del rol.

¿Qué te hará exitoso?

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, planificación de producción y/o logística.
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia trabajando con diferentes sistemas ERP (idealmente OMP).
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia en un entorno multinacional con conocimiento de IBP o SOP.
  • Experiencia en entornos multinacionales, con capacidad para manejar dinámicas culturales diversas, gestionar operaciones transfronterizas y coordinar con stakeholders globales. Debe ser adaptable y culturalmente sensible, capaz de colaborar eficazmente con colegas de diferentes orígenes y ubicaciones para alcanzar objetivos comunes en la cadena de suministro.
