Objetivo Del Puesto / Job Summary
Da soporte al área de operaciones, brindando guía básica del proceso de producción al resto del equipo. Trabaja autónomamente bajo supervisión limitada con procedimientos y practicas estandarizadas.

Supports the operations area, providing basic guidance of the production process to the rest of the team. Works autonomously under limited supervision with standardized procedures and practices.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales / Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Respetar y adherirse a la misión y comportamientos fundamentales de Greatbatch.
• Adherirse a todos los requerimientos de seguridad industrial y calidad.
• Realizar funciones que brindan soporte en el desarrollo de proyectos de operaciones.
• Recopilar información para crear soluciones creativas a problemas atípicos que surgen en la práctica de operaciones diarias, coordinándose con los diferentes niveles y departamentos de la organización para la obtener dicha información que se utilizara en los proyectos de mejora del área.
• Proveer apoyo técnico con relación a su proyecto establecido.
• Colaborar con su departamento y demás personal de trabajo para identificar, definir y resolver problemas.
• Sugerir proactivamente cambios a procedimientos existentes para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad del equipo.
• Participar en programas o iniciativas de mejora continua de los procesos de su área. Realiza otras funciones según se requiera.
• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Performs functions that provide support in the development of operations projects
• Gathers information to create creative solutions to atypical problems that arise in the practice of daily operations, coordinating with the different levels and departments of the organization to obtain information to be used in the improvement projects of the area.
• Provides technical support in relation to established project.
• Collaborates with operations department and other team members to identify, define and solve problems.
• Proactively suggest changes to existing procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the equipment.
• Participate in programs or initiatives of continuous improvement of the processes.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Educación Mínima / Minimum Education: Estudiando últimos semestres de carrera universitaria. / Studying last semesters of bachelor's degree.
• Experiencia Mínima / Minimum Experience: En herramientas compatibles a su disciplina. Estudiante de disciplina acorde al área solicitada. / Experience in tools according to related discipline. Student discipline according to the requested area
• Conocimiento Especializado / Specialized Knowledge: Microsoft Office

Habilidades Especiales / Special Skills

• Bilingüe: Ingles/Español (Deseable) / Desirable Bilingual (English/Spanish)
