Diseñadora Textil
que se integre al equipo de
Diseño y Desarrollo
, con un rol enfocado en
ejecución técnica, ajustes y soporte al proceso productivo
.

Esta posición es ideal para perfiles que desean
fortalecer su experiencia en diseño textil industrial
, trabajando de cerca con Producción y aprendiendo en un entorno real de manufactura.

¿Cuál es el reto?

Apoyar el desarrollo de productos textiles asegurando que los diseños
funcionen correctamente en planta
, puedan ajustarse a partir de pruebas y mantengan estabilidad en producción, con acompañamiento técnico del área.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Ejecutar desarrollos textiles a partir de briefs definidos.
  • Realizar ajustes técnicos derivados de pruebas y desempeño en máquina.
  • Dar soporte al proceso de muestras y validaciones.
  • Colaborar con Producción para mejorar estabilidad y repetibilidad.
  • Documentar cambios y aprendizajes del proceso de desarrollo.

  • Personas con formación en Diseño Textil
  • Experiencia inicial en entornos productivos o procesos textiles.
  • Perfil ordenado, analítico y con enfoque práctico.
  • Interés por aprender y crecer dentro del diseño textil industrial.
  • Apertura al feedback técnico y trabajo colaborativo.
