Human Resource Manager
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources functions in Monterrey factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and developing HR policies that align with our company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive working environment.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage performance appraisal systems and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Maintain HR data and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices in Mexico.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Buscamos un Gerente de Recursos Humanos con experiencia y visión estratégica para supervisar todas las funciones de recursos humanos en Monterrey. La persona ideal será responsable de reclutamiento, incorporación, relaciones con empleados, gestión del rendimiento, cumplimiento normativo y desarrollo de políticas de Recursos Humanos alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias y nuevas iniciativas de Recursos Humanos alineadas con la estrategia general del negocio.
Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento para atraer a los mejores talentos.
Supervisar los programas de incorporación y capacitación de nuevos empleados.
Manejar asuntos relacionados con las relaciones laborales y promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y regulaciones locales.
Administrar sistemas de evaluación del desempeño y ofrecer coaching y oportunidades de desarrollo.
Mantener datos de recursos humanos y generar informes según sea necesario.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
Experiencia comprobada como Gerente de Recursos Humanos o en un rol similar.
Conocimiento de las leyes laborales mexicanas y las mejores prácticas en RRHH.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
Se prefiere dominio de inglés y español.
