RGP is seeking a Business Information Security Officer. This person will be a Director-level or Senior Advisor to partner with the Chief Global Information Security Officer (CISO) at a leading global consumer goods company. This strategic consulting role is based in Mexico City and is ideal for a bilingual professional (Spanish & English) with deep expertise in cybersecurity, change management, and business strategy.
What you will work on
- Advise the Global CISO on cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives
- Lead change management efforts across global security programs
- Align cybersecurity goals with broader business objectives
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate emerging security risks
- Support cross-functional collaboration across IT, risk, and business teams
What you will bring
- Proven experience advising senior leadership in cybersecurity strategy
- Strong background in change management and organizational transformation
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Expertise in risk management and evolving cybersecurity technologies
- Solid financial fluency and business acumen
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in consumer goods or global enterprise environments is a plus
What you can expect
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $250,000–$350,000 MXN/month, DOE
