You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience.

  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation capabilities.

  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
