Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Duties

Automation Projects

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform

  • Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes

  • Learn and use Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects

  • Learn and implement development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations

  • Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools

Training

  • Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse

  • Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and certifications

  • Learn the Intelligent Automation toolset

Continuous improvement

  • Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes

  • Learn and apply Lean and process improvement methodologies

  • Apply feedback and learnings from each project to continuously improve and grow

Technical Support

  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for deployed automations

Other

  • Other duties, as needed

Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.):

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or business

Certification Preferred Qualifications:

  • Python certifications

Technical Knowledge Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entry level proficiency with Python
  • Familiar with

  • Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform tools
