Serás responsable de la gestión y operación de principio a fin de proyectos para el equipo de Supply Chain México.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Lo que te hará exitoso:

  • Gestionar e implementar los diferentes proyectos que se generan desde y hacia el área de Supply.

  • Construir y gestionar las métricas de éxito de los proyectos e influenciar a sus stakeholders para ejecutar las acciones requeridas.

  • Construir y gestionar las rutinas y cronogramas de seguimiento, canales de comunicación, hojas de alcance y métricas. 

  • Asegurar como se ve el éxito de cada proyecto, gestión de los equipos y la generación de los impactos esperados.

  • Gestionar las acciones, recursos y equipos necesarios para asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos y resultados.

  • Comunicar para los diferentes niveles organizacionales el estatus de los proyectos, blockers y acciones en camino.

Lo que necesitas:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles asociados a la gestión de proyectos en operaciones, logística y/o supply chain.

  • Experiencia específica en roles de planeación de compras, logística y/o reabastecimiento.

  • Entendimiento de los componentes del P&L de una compañía de retail y las palancas que permitan optimizarlo.

  • Habilidades de comunicación, alta atención al detalle, organización y capacidades analíticas.

  • Excel y SQL avanzado.
