Job Summary
The Marketing Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Yalo's brand strategy, ensuring that all assets and communication efforts are aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives.

In addition, the ideal candidate will bring added value through art direction, holistic creativity, and motion design (including animations using Jitter and other tools) to enhance the visual and experiential quality of the brand across all touchpoints.

Your mission?
This role is pivotal in positioning Yalo as a leader in the industry, working collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver a consistent, memorable, and effective experience for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

What are the responsibilities for this role?

  • Develop and execute Yalo's branding strategy in alignment with the company's strategic and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure brand experience consistency across all communication channels (digital, events, print).
  • Design, manage, and maintain brand assets (logos, brand book, typography, color palettes, marketing materials, etc.).
  • Distribute brand assets internally and ensure proper implementation across all teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to ensure appropriate brand application across campaigns, communications, and materials.
  • Create visual and conceptual narratives that reinforce Yalo's market positioning.
  • Lead the development of graphic, visual, and animated content for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Define and execute regional brand activation strategies, supporting Growth Marketing in trade shows, booths, and in-person experiences.
  • Support creative event management (curating playlists, visual atmosphere, and innovative experiential branding proposals).
  • Implement and optimize design and documentation processes to ensure traceability across all projects.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of branding initiatives and propose continuous improvements.
  • Manage internal branding budgets and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.

Job Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or visual marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Jitter (animation and motion design is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding and positioning strategies.
  • Proven skills in art direction and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary and global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
