At Enroute, we are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills to support the design and delivery of data-driven and system-oriented solutions. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, actively participate in discussions, and translate complex technical and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-defined, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
  • Support solution design, ensuring alignment with architecture and data standards.
  • Analyze systems, data flows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with issue analysis, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
  • Create and maintain concise documentation for systems, processes, and integrations.
Must-Have
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation (functional & non-functional).
  • Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (B2+/C1) with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of process modeling and data modeling.
  • Working knowledge of Python for querying or data validation.
  • Experience with data analysis or data mapping (Excel, SQL tools, BI tools).
  • Ability to understand system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and microservices / distributed systems.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Git / version control.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and secure data handling (PII).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or basic cloud exposure.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles.
