*JOB PURPOSE:
Are you ready to lead a game-changing transformation? We're looking for a
Country Deployment Lead
to drive the successful implementation of our ERP and related applications under
Project Opus*
. This role goes beyond system deployment—it's about shaping the future of how we work.

You will lead the alignment of
people, processes, and technology
, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. Your expertise in
project management and change leadership
will be critical to embedding new ways of working and delivering lasting impact across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Programme Oversight

  • Lead ERP and associated applications deployment for your assigned market, covering processes, systems, and data activities.
  • Build and manage a local deployment team and mobilize resources for implementation, change management, and master data.
  • Ensure timely delivery against the global schedule and enable smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

Strategic Planning & Integration

  • Adapt global deployment plans to meet country-specific needs and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (S2P, SC, R2R, O2C) and GBS partners for seamless integration.
  • Align ERP deployment with other ongoing initiatives in the country.

Solution Design & Localization

  • Provide input on local requirements during design and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and statutory standards.
  • Lead country engagement and change management throughout preparation, localization, and deployment phases.
  • Drive process changes to enable successful operation of the new solution.

Deployment Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee all deployment phases—design, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare—ensuring alignment with the global plan.
  • Manage deviations and escalate issues as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure solutions meet local compliance requirements.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks throughout the deployment process.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Provide regular progress updates to global project teams and country leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Project Opus in your market.
  • Coordinate local and global stakeholders to deliver on-time, in-full deployment.

Change Management & Communication

  • Lead transition to new ERP ways of working, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Communicate timely updates to internal teams, customers, vendors, and third parties.
  • Manage exceptions to global standards and drive resolution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
*SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • Proven leadership in business operations with strong knowledge of Go-To-Market and Supply Chain processes.
  • Project management expertise with proficiency in tools and methodologies.
  • Track record in transformation projects, including system implementations and change leadership.
  • International exposure and experience working with offshore service providers.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or Supply Chain systems; familiarity with IT deployments.
  • Strong analytical mindset to solve problems and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative leader able to drive results in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; project management certification preferred.
