Acerca del Puesto:
Buscamos un ingeniero/a recién graduado o estudiante en su último año universitario, dedicado, proactivo y con ganas de aprender, para ocupar el puesto de Ingeniero Junior de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA). Responsabilidades:

  • Mantener y actualizar el sistema de control documental en cumplimiento con los requisitos de ISO 9001:2015.
  • Gestionar solicitudes para la creación, revisión u obsolescencia de documentos, asegurando trazabilidad completa.
  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a no conformidades, acciones correctivas, preventivas y de mejora (CAPAs) bajo supervisión.
  • Apoyar el análisis de causa raíz y verificar la efectividad de las acciones implementadas.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para dirigir mejores prácticas de calidad, borradores de descripciones de procesos (PDs), Procedimientos, etc., y compartir requisitos de conformidad del control de documentos.
  • Asistir en auditorías internas y externas del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS).
  • Contribuir en la preparación de presentaciones, gráficos y análisis de tendencias para reuniones de calidad.
  • Apoyar iniciativas continuas de mejora de calidad en toda la organización.
  • Participar en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de auditorías internas.
  • Colaborar en la capacitación del personal y actividades de mejora continua dentro del sistema de gestión de calidad.

Calificaciones:

  • Inscrito en los últimos semestres de una licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica, industrial, biomédica o un campo relacionado.

Habilidades Requeridas:

  • De 0 a 1 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad, control documental o apoyo a sistemas de gestión existentes.
  • Conocimiento de normas y regulaciones de calidad específicas de la industria; se prefiere AS9100D, ISO 9001 u otros sistemas de gestión equivalentes (ISO
  • Dominio del inglés, tanto escrito como hablado; se prefiere fluidez. Enfoque específico en la capacidad de traducir documentos y transmitir información técnica oral entre inglés y español (y viceversa).
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y cumplir con políticas y procedimientos organizacionales.
  • Experiencia básica en la lectura de planos de componentes (preferido).
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de medición como calibradores, reglas, comparadores ópticos y micrómetros.
  • Experiencia con aplicaciones de Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y ser un colaborador eficaz en equipo.
  • Experiencia básica en la lectura de planos de componentes (preferido).

Horario Lunes a Viernes 7:00 am - 17:05 hrs.
