About The Team/role
We are looking for a
CKA Manager - Farmer
to lead a commercial team for the City Key Accounts (CKA) and also develop strong relationships with key clients within the food and beverage industry.
In this role, you'll be...
- Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations;
- Responsible for the growth and engagement of our CKA Restaurants, building and sharing deep insights and understanding of our food operations Train, coach, motivate and lead a team of CKA Specialists to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
- Enabling the team to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution Utilize data to understand Restaurant's behaviors and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business.
- Developing/Maintaining great business relationships with our top customers.
- Co-developing commercial propositions for the different types of customers, based on deep business knowledge.
- Understanding restaurants and consumers to get insights and transform them into actionable plans.
- Ensuring the execution of the commercial plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales leadership, or commercial operations, ideally in tech, consumer goods, retail or delivery;
- Proven track record managing large, field-based sales teams results and performance driven; (2+ years of experience required)
- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets;
- Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- Results oriented and always operate with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt fast and manage ambiguity.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills;
- High autonomy, passion for building scalable commercial operations.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
