Buscamos a un especialista en monitoreo y observabilidad apasionado por la tecnología y la mejora continua. La persona ideal tendrá una sólida base técnica, curiosidad por entender sistemas complejos y gusto por colaborar con diferentes áreas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Monitorear el desempeño de sistemas y servicios críticos, identificando patrones, alertas y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Recopilar, analizar y presentar datos relevantes para la toma de decisiones.
  • Diagnosticar problemas técnicos y proponer soluciones efectivas.
  • Desarrollar herramientas y automatizaciones que optimicen procesos de observabilidad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones e infraestructura para mantener la estabilidad y eficiencia del entorno tecnológico.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en áreas como desarrollo de software, operaciones de TI, análisis de datos o ingeniería de sistemas, preferentemente relacionadas con monitoreo y observabilidad.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas operativos (Linux y Windows), redes, bases de datos y lenguajes de programación.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, Zipkin o DataDog.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (mínimo B1).

  • Perspicacia técnica y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa e independiente.

Conocimientos técnicos indispensables:

Nivel básico-intermedio en:

  • Linux, Windows, Java, Bash Scripting, Python, MySQL, SQL, Microservices y Monitoreo.
