Buscamos un
Faculty Senior
con sólida experiencia directiva y dominio perfecto del inglés para facilitar programas estratégicos a líderes, gerentes y directivos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Facilitar programas de liderazgo, management, estrategia y habilidades de negocio en inglés y español.
- Aportar
experiencia ejecutiva comprobada
en liderazgo estratégico en entornos corporativos globales y equipos multiculturales. - Conducir talleres presenciales y live-online con metodologías de aprendizaje experiencial (casos, simulaciones, role-plays).
- Personalizar contenidos de acuerdo con los retos del cliente, su industria y su cultura organizacional.
- Inspirar, guiar y retar a líderes a través de enfoques consultivos, prácticos y orientados a resultados.
- Integrar perspectivas actuales del mundo corporativo y mejores prácticas internacionales.
Requisitos del perfil
- Inglés avanzado
con gran fluidez para facilitar y conducir sesiones ejecutivas. - Experiencia demostrable en puestos de liderazgo estratégico
en empresas corporativas multinacionales. - Experiencia liderando o colaborando con
equipos multiculturales, diversos y distribuidos
. - Conocimiento sólido en:
- Liderazgo estratégico y visión de negocio
- Gestión del cambio
- Colaboración y liderazgo en entornos multiculturales
- Pensamiento crítico y estratégico
- Finanzas y fundamentos de negocio (deseable)
- Certificación como Coach Ejecutivo o Coach Profesional (deseable)
. - Experiencia previa facilitando programas, talleres o procesos de desarrollo.
- Pasión genuina por el desarrollo de talento y la transformación de líderes.
