We are seeking a motivated Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our Strategic Alliances Team to:

  • Category Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive category strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities, analyze market trends and define sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Supplier relationship management: Build relationship with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and implement supplier development initiatives to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets.
  • Contract management: Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions and drive contract renewals or amendments as necessary.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand technical specifications, requirements and quality standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Implementation of process improvements and the introduction of further methods and processes.

Essential functions:

  • Analyze expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Identify opportunities within processes and develop category strategy.
  • Execute and analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes for indirect categories such as services, courier, furniture, events, consulting, etc.
  • Manage projects by creating timelines aligned with relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement a supplier selection process and communicate it to areas.
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers and develop new options.
  • Implement a supplier evaluation process.
  • Generate, update, and manage legal contracts.
  • Maintain continuous and effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Standardize ways of working with key stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or Engineering.
  • +8 years working in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement
  • Experience in category management or 7 steps sourcing process.
  • Experience working with indirect sourcing categories.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker and proactive approach to program solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience
