Líder Técnico AEM

Estamos en búsqueda de un Líder Técnico especializado en Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), con sólido dominio en Java, tecnologías frontend y arquitecturas modernas, para liderar el diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones digitales de alto impacto. El rol se enfoca en proyectos sobre AEM CMS y su ecosistema de herramientas Adobe, bajo un esquema de trabajo híbrido.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones backend utilizando Java, J2EE y Spring Framework.
  • Implementar y mantener sitios web complejos en AEM 6.5 o AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Crear y gestionar componentes personalizados, plantillas, diálogos y workflows en AEM.
  • Desarrollar componentes con HTL (Sightly) y Apache Sling.
  • Configurar y optimizar AEM Dispatcher, así como estrategias de caché.
  • Integrar AEM con Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target y Adobe Campaign.
  • Administrar sitios multi-región mediante AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM).
  • Diseñar y consumir servicios RESTful, así como resolver incidencias a nivel HTTP.
  • Implementar soluciones en Azure y otras plataformas en la nube.
  • Aplicar prácticas de CI/CD mediante Maven, Docker y Jenkins.
  • Liderar la colaboración técnica con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Frontend: experiencia con Angular, React, o NodeJS.
  • Backend y microservicios: dominio de Java, Spring Boot y REST, aplicando principios SOLID.
  • Integración continua: uso de Jenkins, GitHub y herramientas de calidad y depuración (JS Debuggers, Lint, etc.).
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): desarrollo y mantenimiento de componentes, plantillas y workflows.
  • Seguridad de APIs: experiencia con JWT, OAuth2 u otros estándares de seguridad.
  • Web: sólidos conocimientos en HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript, integrados con AEM.
  • Metodologías ágiles: experiencia trabajando bajo Agile / Scrum.
  • Excelente capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y pensamiento algorítmico.

Conocimientos Deseables

  • Experiencia en AEM 6.5 o AEM Cloud Service.
  • Conocimiento en Azure y soluciones de almacenamiento en la nube.
  • Integración de microservicios y prácticas DevOps.
