Position Description

We are seeking a
Report Developer
with strong experience in
Crystal Reports, Power BI, and MSSQL
to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will design and develop dynamic reports and dashboards that support business decision-making across departments.

This is a
remote, full-time position (40 hours per week)
that requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using
    Crystal Reports
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Write complex
    SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
    for data extraction and transformation.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Design, test, and deploy new reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Support data management and database maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with
    Crystal Reports
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Power BI
    (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
  • Advanced proficiency in
    MSSQL
    , including views and stored procedures.
  • Strong understanding of
    relational database concepts
    .

Nice to Have (Plus):

  • Experience with
    SSRS
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    Python
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SAP
    or
    SAGE
    systems.
