Objetivo:

Desarrollar programas de mercadotecnia para productos nuevos y portafolio actual, desde un enfoque de Trade Marketing tradicional y digital; mediante el análisis del comportamiento de las ventas e información del mercando a fin de contribuir con el mejoramiento del desempeño del negocio.

Actividades principales:

  • Desarrollar programas de mercadotecnia y por temporada en conjunto con el equipo comercial.

  • Diseñar y desarrollar materiales de apoyo tanto impresos como digitales a fin de asegurar un mejor manejo de producto y correcta implementación de los programas en el punto de venta. (Brochures, videos, concursos, post para redes, etc.)

  • Monitorear la venta de producto con clientes, analizando su comportamiento en margen.

  • Monitorear las estadísticas de Marketing Cloud y Redes Sociales alrededor de los clientes.

  • Responsable del Budget asignado

  • Coordinar la participación en Ferias y exposiciones

  • Asegurar el buen manejo de la marca interna y externamente

Escolaridad:

  • Lic en mercadotecia, Administrativas o afín

Experiencia:

  • 3 años de experiencia en estrategias en punto de ventas, análisis de ventas e implementación de estrategias digitales en Redes Sociales. preferentemente empresa de alimentos.

  • Enfoque al detalle, análisis, enfoque al cliente, planeación y organización

  • Inglés Intermedio- Avanzado (Indispensable)

  • Office Intermedio y (SAP Deseable)
