¿Tienes experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, diseñando arquitecturas escalables y construyendo soluciones de software de alto impacto? Estamos buscando un Principal Software Engineer para que se una a nuestro equipo y nos ayude a transformar la tecnología con visión estratégica y enfoque técnico

Responsabilidades clave:

· Liderar el diseño técnico y la arquitectura de soluciones escalables y seguras.

· Supervisar prácticas de codificación, revisión de código y estándares de calidad.

· Impulsar iniciativas de DevOps, CI/CD y monitoreo de aplicaciones.

· Traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas efectivas.

· Guiar, mentorizar y desarrollar talento dentro del equipo de ingeniería.

· Asegurar la cobertura de pruebas (funcionales, rendimiento, seguridad, etc.).

· Analizar y resolver problemas complejos con enfoque en causa raíz.

Requisitos:

· +7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software (Java, .NET, Python u otros).

· Experiencia en arquitectura de software, sistemas distribuidos y diseño de soluciones.

· Inglés avanzado conversacional

· Conocimientos en prácticas ágiles, DevOps, CI/CD, pruebas y monitoreo.

· Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, toma de decisiones y mentoría de equipos.

· Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito) es un plus.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $80, $100,000.00 al mes
