En SOLVO GLOBAL, empresa líder en el sector, buscamos talento con energía y pasión para integrarse como AUXILIAR DE RECLUTAMIENTO BILINGÜE en nuestra oficina de Vista Alegre II, Mérida, Yucatán.

Responsabilidades:
  • Apoyar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección para cobertura de vacantes.
  • Realizar filtro de currículums y entrevistas iniciales en español e inglés.
  • Publicar vacantes en diversos portales y redes sociales.
  • Mantener actualizado el seguimiento de candidatos y bases de datos internas.
  • Brindar atención a postulantes y coordinar entrevistas presenciales.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia previa en reclutamiento o sourcing, preferentemente en call center o ventas.
  • Manejo del inglés intermedio-avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de forma presencial en Vista Alegre II, Mérida.
Ofrecemos / Beneficios
  • Sueldo mensual de $14,200 + bonos variables.
