The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their caseload, and is passionate about helping injured clients navigate their path to recovery.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft demand packages, correspondence, and legal documents
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and liens
- Calculate damages and assist attorneys in case evaluation
- Prepare discovery responses, deposition summaries, and litigation documents
- Coordinate with experts and vendors as needed
- Mentor and support junior staff
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Idaho personal injury law and procedures
- Proficiency with case management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A genuine desire to help people during difficult times
