Conocimientos indispensables:

  • VACANTE 24/7 CON NECESIDAD DE GUARDIAS LOS FINES DE SEMANA
  • Vacante por proyecto en institución bancaria (4 meses únicamente)
  • Vacante Hibrida de 9:00am a 6:00pm, se requiere flexibilidad de Horario.
  • Inglés conversacional (80%)
  • Tiene excelentes habilidades de comunicación (verbal/escrita/presentación)."
  • Tiene al menos 3 años de experiencia laboral en el trato con altos ejecutivos (VP + audiencia) de Negocios y Tecnología"
  • Está certificado en ITIL Foundations (ITIL V3, 2011 o V4)."
  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Información o equivalente."
  • Conocimientos de infraestructura (Linux, Windows, Unix), asi como motores de base de datos (SQL, Oracle).
  • 2 Años de experiencia en banca

Conocimientos deseables:

  • Conocimiento de redes (Firewall, F5)
  • Storage

FUNCIONES:

  • Será responsable de impulsar la recuperación de incidentes mayores, administrar la comunicación comercial y de las partes interesadas de TI, trabajará con expertos en la materia para identificar riesgos y diseñar un plan para mitigar esos riesgos. Si bien este no es un rol basado en turnos, debe estar disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana para manejar cualquier interrupción importante durante su semana de guardia designada."
  • Se unirá al equipo de MIO altamente calificado, que ha liderado la estabilidad de TI al brindar resultados consistentes y ganarse la confianza del banco como un socio de confianza para todos los incidentes críticos."
  • Usted es responsable de colaborar con varios equipos de soporte y proveedores para la creación conjunta de la resolución más corta mediante el establecimiento de una sólida dirección y control sobre la conferencia"
  • Será responsable de enviar comunicaciones consistentes y oportunas a las partes interesadas del negocio y de TI."
  • Será responsable de realizar revisiones posteriores al incidente e impulsar a los equipos a identificar las causas principales, las lecciones aprendidas y un plan para evitar que vuelvan a ocurrir incidentes similares"
