Reporting to the HR LATAM, Business Partner, the Interim Recruiter will be responsible for the talent acquisition positions in the Latin America region, adhering to our global standards and processes.
How You Will Do It
- Independently manage the end to end recruitment process across a range of departments and job grades
- Coordinates Talent Acquisition activity across the Latin America region various countries within the Latin America region (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador and Costa Rica) including screening interviews with potential candidates and also scheduling these with hiring managers though the entire recruitment process.
- Identifies key sourcing channels, developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies where appropriate.
- Identifies areas of improvement, consistently makes the function more productive and agile.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key internal clients, hiring managers, candidates and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Assures compliance with all regulatory/legal requirements and company policies.
- Manages regional external staffing vendors (e.g., sourcing job boards and other sources).
- Ensures that candidates are informed on their status with our processes and gives feedback to unselected candidates.
- Builds a talent pipeline of all positions proactively to cover any open position within the LATAM region faster with candidates already screened that have the profile.
- Ideally this position sits in Mexico City, MX but we are open to locations in Monterrey,
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the recruiting or talent acquisition function with at least 5 years of experience recruiting for the financial services at all levels, entry positions to Sr. Positions.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Broad experience/knowledge of all related HR functions with significant experience involving staffing, compensation, employee relations, and laws/regulations.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change, within complex, global organizations.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.
- Excepcional relationship management ability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including above average written and speaking English skills.
- Proven success in a high volume, fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Advanced skills maximizing Applicant Tracking Systems, general reporting systems and high proficiency with MS Office.
- Extremely high attention to detail. Excellent planning, organizing and follow through abilities.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain focused under pressure.
- Outstanding analytical and assessment skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, knowledge or proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
