Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time NPI Planner Buyer role located in Ensenada, BCN. The NPI Planner Buyer will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and planning processes to support new product introductions (NPI). Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, ensuring material availability for project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient project workflows. The role also involves monitoring supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and supply chain optimization
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating to support project timelines
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement for supply chain performance
  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software tools
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is beneficial
