The
Purchasing Assistant
supports the procurement processes that ensure the efficient and timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services essential for our operations.

This role works closely with the Purchasing Manager to analyze supplier proposals, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation.

The Purchasing Assistant ensures compliance with quality standards, cost optimization, and overall alignment with the company's operational needs.

Working collaboratively with property teams and corporate areas, the Purchasing Assistant guarantees accuracy, agility, and excellence in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement processes, preferably in hospitality, construction, or related industries.
• Ability to evaluate quotes, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail, analysis skills, and documentation accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to relocate
  according to operational needs.
• Passion for contributing to seamless operations and supporting exceptional guest experiences.
