ROLE
Leads end-to-end business initiatives that are critical to executing Puratos Mexico's strategic priorities. This role ensures the successful launch and integration of innovative solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and driving high-speed-to-market execution with high service levels and cost efficiency. Acting as an internal consultant, the Project Manager promotes project standards, continuous improvement, and the implementation of key processes such as industrial scaling, while maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the entire project lifecycle.

PROFILE
8+ years' of work experience in a combination of project management, planning, manufacturing, customer service and/or sales..
PMI (Project Management Institute), PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent verifiable certification required
Experience in a cross-functional business team environment
Proven success in managing and launching new projects in B2B and B2C environments
