Join Trimble's People eXperience (PX) team as a People Operations Partner and become the engine driving operational excellence and compliance across our international workforce. This role is perfect for a detailed, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a high-volume, shared-services environment.

*What You Will Do*
This role is centered on data quality, Workday expertise, compliance, and flawless execution. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our people processes, ensuring every transaction is accurate and on time.

  • Serve as the Workday expert, executing high-volume business process transactions and ensuring data integrity.
  • Own core administrative processes including New Hire Onboarding facilitation, orientation, managing personnel records and PX Helpdesk resolution.
  • Drive system audits and make critical data corrections to maintain accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic PX projects to enhance our service delivery model and processes globally.
  • Develop and maintain new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree PLUS 2+ years of relevant work experience, including mandatory Workday or HRIS expertise.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and project coordination skills with an obsessive attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Global Mindset: Must be a proactive, independent problem-solver with experience supporting global/shared service teams.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) is a requirement to support global stakeholders. Preferably knowledge or fluency in Portuguese (Conhecimento ou fluência em Português).
