JR Software Development Engineer

Responsabilities:
Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the infrastructure of new systems that enable the efficient operation of

an automotive manufacturing organization. Working across hardware, software, networks, and system integrations to ensure systems run

reliably, securely, and efficiently.

You will need to have proven skills in the following:

• Must have experience as part of a software project delivery effort
• Demonstrate mastery of several programming languages, tools and/or technologies
• Integrate software with existing software/systems
• Able to anticipate and exceed established requirements, identifying opportunities and solutions beyond the client's initial specifications in software development.
• Ability to manage uncertainty, frustration, and unexpected changes that require modifications to the software, maintaining effectiveness and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• A customer-centric approach, ensuring that the software is designed and functions to meet the needs and expectations of end users, in alignment with the requirements at each level of leadership.
• Knowledge of maintaining and debugging software applications
• Document software solutions and ensure that technical documentation and SW meets GM standards
• Understand and maintain compliance with GM standards
• Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.
• Models GM behaviors and crafts a winning culture.
• Innovation and execution skills for quick implementation of new SW, reporting and data systems.

Required Skills:

• Education: Systems Engineer, Information Technology Engineer, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• English: Advanced Intermediate (Conversational)
• Experience: 2 - 3 years
• Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableu, Visual Basic, C++, SharePoint, Phyton, Java, C#, PHP.
• Proficient in data bases: SQL, and MySQL is desirable.
