Job Description
- Manage and oversee the HR Business Partner organization in alignment with company objectives and performance indicators.
- Design and lead HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including labor, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead, develop, and coach HR Business Partner teams and other HR specialists.
- Provide functional leadership to HR Business Partners at the country and site levels.
- Act as a key contact for operational HR topics and service delivery improvements.
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR management or business partnering
- Talent management and succession planning
- Organizational culture and change management
