Role Description
El Representante de Ventas será responsable de la administración estratégica de su territorio, impulsando la penetración y posicionamiento del portafolio de productos en clínicas, hospitales y farmacias veterinarias. Gestionará clientes clave, fortalecerá la relación con distribuidores y desarrollará estrategias de ventas alineadas con los objetivos comerciales de la unidad de negocios de Animales de Compañía.
Main Responsibilities
Administración de Territorio
- Identificar y clasificar clientes potenciales según su ubicación y potencial de ventas.
- Desarrollar estrategias efectivas para la cobertura y crecimiento del mercado.
- Posicionar y desarrollar el portafolio estratégico en franquicias y clientes clave.
Gestión y Desarrollo de Clientes
- Incrementar la penetración de productos mediante la gestión activa y el desarrollo de los clientes asignados.
- Brindar soporte técnico y comercial con atención diferenciada, agregando valor con base en las estrategias de marketing.
- Garantizar el desempeño, fidelización y crecimiento de las franquicias, clínicas, hospitales y farmacias veterinarias en el mercado.
Desarrollo e Implementación de Productos
- Implementar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en impulsar la adopción y rotación de productos en el canal veterinario.
- Asegurar la correcta introducción de nuevos productos, alineados a las necesidades del cliente y las oportunidades de negocio detectadas.
Gestión de Distribuidores y Canal de Ventas
- Coordinar con distribuidores la estrategia de ventas, compras e inventarios.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor y fortalecer el trabajo en equipo.
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)
Education: Licenciatura en Medicina Veterinaria, agronegocios, ventas o ingeniería.
Experience:
- Al menos 1 año, experiencia en ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica veterinaria o sectores afines.
- Habilidad en gestión de clientes, ventas consultivas y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar en la región del Bajío.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación.
