Buscamos liderazgo, estructura, ejecución y control del marketing global.

El rol

  • Dirigir el marketing global de la compañía en 
    tres mercados internacionales
    .
  • Ejecutar la estrategia definida por los equipos de 
    Diseño, Imagen y Marca
    .
  • Liderar agencias, performance marketing, paid media, PR y el equipo de personas del departamento de Marketing in-house.
  • Gestionar 
    KPIs, presupuestos, ROAS, CAC, funnels y conversión
    .
  • Asegurar coherencia de marca y ejecución entre mercados.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con Dirección General, Finanzas, Operaciones y Retail.
  • Tomar decisiones basadas en 
    datos
    , no en intuición creativa.
  • Manejo del calendario operativo y responsable de la ejecución.

Perfil ideal (requisito excluyente)

  • Experiencia en
    Marketing
     en marcas premium, lujo, wellness o retail sofisticado.
  • Background sólido en 
    marketing estratégico, performance y operación
    .
  • Experiencia gestionando 
    múltiples mercados internacionales
    .
  • Perfil bilingüe: español e inglés fluido (indispensable)
    .
  • Liderazgo estructurado, pensamiento analítico y foco en resultados.
