Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Guadalajara, JAL. The Construction Supervisor will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role involves managing site inspections, coordinating with teams, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The supervisor will be responsible for enforcing compliance with safety regulations and overseeing project execution.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and ability to effectively manage and lead on-site construction teams
  • Proficiency in Site Supervision and experience ensuring successful project execution
  • Strong Communication skills to provide clear directions and maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Understanding of Construction Safety practices and regulations
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in lightweight structure projects is an advantage
