En Glassford Moncada, una empresa cultural-creativa que diseña y produce objetos de arte utilitario para mercados internacionales en proceso de estructuración y expansión, buscamos a una persona que asuma la
dirección estratégica de marketing
con autonomía, criterio y responsabilidad por resultados.

Este puesto requiere capacidad para pensar, decidir y ejecutar en contextos complejos, con 4 marcas y procesos en evolución. No es una posición operativa ni de ejecución aislada, es un rol de liderazgo.

Que harás en este rol:

·     Diseñar, implementar y liderar la estrategia de marketing alineada con los objetivos del negocio

·     Traducir una estructura compleja (varias marcas y procesos en evolución) en planes claros y accionables

·     Priorizar iniciativas con enfoque impacto-esfuerzo

·     Tomar decisiones y avanzar sin necesitar toda la información perfecta

·     Medir resultados y ajustar, haciéndote cargo de lo que sí está bajo tu control

·     Trabajar de forma cercana con dirección, con autonomía operativa y responsabilidad

Carrera/Estudios:

Licenciatura o maestría en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o Comunicación Marketing Digital

Conocimientos:

  • Experiencia en el sector cultural - creativo
  • Certificaciones en marketing digital, gestión de redes sociales, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM o herramientas publicitarias pueden ser altamente valoradas debido a la creciente importancia del marketing online.
  • Gestión de marketing, con un enfoque en estrategias comerciales y desarrollo de marca.
  • Indispensable nivel de inglés mínimo: B2
